Returns and Refunds

Currently I do not accept returns of any jewelry pieces for hygiene and quality purposes.

If you have an issue with any of your items, please feel free to contact me.

Refunds and/or store credit will be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Order Cancellations

My shop accepts order cancellations within 24 hours of initial purchase. Cancellation requests must be made within this timeframe.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

Once shipped, your order should arrive within the time frame specified, however, sometimes there are delays in the mailing system causing your package to arrive later.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact me and/or your mail carrier.

Customs and Import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Faunaluss is not responsible for delays due to customs.
